Back on Track…..

Two weeks of weight gain……..weekend and alcohol issues……I have decided to take it easy and try not to be perfect……I allowed myself to eat off plan on the weekend……and during the week I strayed……I am happy where I am right now…..so as long as I can maintain…..it would be a good thing……

I must have tricked my system……I lost 4lbs this week…….

    4lbs down, well done! must have confused the metabolism a little!
    Thanks for the comment, you’re right, I am only young once and should have fun. This is exactly what I think too but want to get some sort of balance so I can improve my body too!

    I agree with you Maria, there has to be a medium, where you can still “live” yet improve our health and body. I think the biggest factor is exercise! That allows you to “splurge” a bit, and yet keeping fit. Have a safe and enjoyable weekend!!

    It’s not the destination, but the journey that counts!

    thanks for your comments…..what the sense of losing weight….feeling good about yourself….and then not having fun……today I know tonight I will be having a few…..and I ate light lunch….and tonight instead of denying myself all night…and not having any munchies…I will eat a few fries or what ever…so at the end of the night I dont binge because I held off all night…..
