It was 41 friggin degrees out this morning went I went out for my jog………I am so happy that the adminstration and 65 percent of the population are willing to bankrupt the nation to combat “Global Warming…….btw if you havent been paying attention…….they changed the name “Climate Change”….and they also changed the name of “Green Economy”…..it is know known as “Clean Economy”……..the whole nation should be required to read George Orwells classic 1984………its happening 25 years after his prediction…….We have a new language its called “NEWSPEAK”.

Just a little ranting………this morning had a great jog…….I just started wogging…….a combination of walking and jogging……I am trying to get my running legs back……it is a process……even though I have cardio strength…..my legs have not been up to the task…….I have stop weight training on my legs……and it is paying off…….today I had my first 2 1/2 mile jog……….with no walking involved……like Leonard DiCaprio said “I am on top of the world”………
