I can do anyting for 150 seconds……….

had a killer workout today………….got up to the top level on the eliptical machine………..I danced in level 10………………..for 150 seconds………….the sweat was dripping……….my leg muscles were screaming………..my mind was saying this is nuts…………..my heart said……….”you can do anything for 2 1/2 minutes”………………my heart rate was 165……….the monitor was red…………I was in the danger zone…………..I like to be in this zone a couple times a month………….so glad that my heart won this battle……………once the heart takes over the mind will follow…………..

    WOW! You are definitely pushing the limits. When you say a 150 seconds…it sure makes it seem short huh. :) You are doing so great George!

    I’m so glad you pulled yourself through….All I know is…if I saw any typ of red light…I would have jumped off and ran…(to avoid any type of anxiety attack) in the opposite direction…bot many Hooryays!! to you….Keep going, you’ll just keep geting stronger!!
